The fulfillment service - Printful - is remarked as top of the line print-on-demand service in United States that ships products worldwide. Print and quality testing is embeded in their production process.
Although printful does not accept buyers remorse returns (items are handmade on-demand and not stored in warehouses), I try to accommodate every customer with highest possible care, so if there are any issues with the product whatsoever please use contact form and I will do my best to help resolve any issues.
On that note, any items that are damaged and misprinted can be returned for refund or replacement.
If your item is damaged, please use contact and if possible attach photos of the product - it will dramatically speed up return/refund process.
